If you have confessed with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead then you are saved. For with the heart you believeth unto righteousness and with your mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10
Praise God! If you accepted Jesus as your Savior then you are a new Christian, a new believer. As with anything new there is growth as a new Christian. It’s a part of the journey with Jesus that’s intriguing, fun and glorious. Just like we grow in the natural world, so also do we grow in the spirit world.
A new believer is an infant in the spirit world. It is easy for the devil to snatch faith away from you as a new believer because of being young in the spirit and not aware of the devil’s advances and tricks. As a new convert, most times all you know is the world and now you must grow in the Spirit of Jesus.
